The title says "LanguageTool Rule Matches in Wikipedia (81)".
It shoulld be "LanguageTool Rule Matches in Tatoeba (81)"

Also if we filter with Tatoeba,then filter with a rule, most of
them have 0 matches.  I think the list rules to filter should
depend on the Wikipedia or Tatoeba filter.  Right now the
list contains all matches in Wikipedia + Tatoeba I suppose.
