I have added Russian dictionary hunspell format in 1.8-dev version , but in the 
final 1.8 release of the dictionary was replaced by fsa version of this 
dictionary.
I added to the dictionary more information on the frequency of words i n 
version 2.5 .   I also plan to update Russian dictionary i n version 2.6 .
