This method doesn't work for me, I fear. I prefer the way MS Word handles
this matter -- i.e. the "Ignore All" only ignores the rule for the
particular document. Moreover, people may (by mistake) click on "Ignore
All", especially when you are doing stuff quickly, etc. :)

You can go to the LT configuration and re-enable those rules.

I wonder if this function is the one at Tools > Language Tool > Options...
where a whole lot of rules are listed with a checkbox in front of them. But
all the rule there were English rules? I couldn't find Tamil or rules from
other languages. The dropdown list that lists the languages "mother
tongues" doesn't seem to change anything. Funny.
