Maybe it's useful, but it may also create quite some false alarms. So I think we shouldn't introduce such rules for all languages, as some languages are not maintained and others have no complete regression tests. So the chance that we introduce false alarms without even noticing it is too big. Feel free to add such rules for Persian (and other languages that you can check the rule on).
