AFAIK,

there are online whyisiwig editors for github pages and wikis, though
I haven't tried them myself.

One I have heard good things about is http://prose.io/#about

Another interesting thing could be Confluence: it is a commercial wiki
with cloud hosting options, but it is free for open source projects:
