Sometimes an entire sentence is quoted inside another sentence, like: Wat is ie groot! is een gevleugelde uitspraak.
In these case, currently there is a false alarm on 'is' to be a sentence start without a capital. Is Dutch the only language having this? There is no real standard for quoting, so situations might be like this with any kind of quote or 'quote-like char' and any kind of sentence end char (.!?). This is to be corrected in the srx, but where and how?
