Why does the SameRuleGroupFilter claim that it removes duplicate rule
matches in the same rule group, but actually compares IDs of rules instead
(which should be unique in the first place)?

I have several rules implemented as Java classes, and I want to somehow
assign them to a same rule group to that SameRuleGroupFilter would filter
them out. However, the only way this seems possible is by setting the same
rule ID to all those rules.
