Hi,

I've started creating a categorization of errors that could help us in
two ways:

1) It shows where coverage is lacking, especially for languages which
already have a lot of rules (even for a language like German, there's
still a lot of missing coverage).

2) For languages new to LT, it offers a way to add new rules more
systematically.

So far, it has coverage information only for German, but I'd ask anyone
to add information for their language. The file can be found here:

https://github.com/languagetool-org/languagetool/blob/master/languagetool-standalone/src/main/resources/rule-coverage.txt

I see that it can become a bit messy once several languages are added -
I'm going to write a small script that turns this data into nice HTML
once that's needed.

Please add information about how your language in LT supports the listed
error categories, and feel free to add more categories.

Regards
  Daniel
