Hi,

we're looking back on an active and successful year 2014 for
LanguageTool. I'm not going to list everything that happened, so here
are just some of the highlights:

* we had four releases (2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8)

* we have auto-deployment for the API, so users always see the latest
version on languagetool.org

* we got contributions from five new committers: Ruud Baars, Ebrahim
Byagowi, Elanjelian Venugopal, Matthias Mailänder, Xavi Ivars

* the visits to languagetool.org have increased from 56,000/month to
132,000/month

For 2015, I'm planning to spend at least as much time on LT as in 2014.
I'd like to spend more time on adding German rules systematically, based
on the overview in [1]. If you have plans for LT in 2015, feel free to
share them here.

Regards
  Daniel
