Hi,

TLDR: My name is Amir and I'd like to add Hebrew to LanguageTool.

Most of my time is dedicated to writing for Wikipedia and developing
internationalization features for MediaWiki. Daniel and Marcin may remember
me from Wikimania 2014, where I presented (with my colleagues) the
ContentTranslation project at the same slot where they presented
LanguageTool.

I have a B.A. in Hebrew language and I love language proofing tools, so it
makes sense that I'll try to take a stab at this.

I already went over most of the list at
http://wiki.languagetool.org/adding-a-new-language , and got to the point
where I request adding myself to the Transifex localization team, and in
turn, Transifex suggested that I introduce myself here, so here I am.

Hoping to do cool things :)
