Hi,
I made this change to the API:
* `getAllRules()`, `getAllActiveRules()`, and
`getPatternRulesByIdAndSubId()`
in class `JLanguageTool` used to call `reset()` for all rules. This
is
not the case anymore. `reset()` is now called when one of the
`check()`
methods is called. This shouldn't make a difference for all common
use-cases.
Let me know if there's a problem with this.
