Thanks for considering to write a grammar rule for Japanese!

When writing a LT grammar rule you are able to add message that explains 
the error. I could be wrong about this but it probably allows you to 
include the actually analyzed text as well so that you could explain 
what is wrong with the text.

I have written a few Japanese rules (please check them if you have time 
:P) and while it is possible to check for tags when writing rules, there 
is no way to match on the character classes of the characters within the 
analyzed sentence as far as I know.

If that is indeed the case, you would have to add a Java rule that 
checks the character class of the character preceding the "ー" and then 
decide whether its use is correct or not.
