Hi,

I am new to the list and new to language tools,
wanting to add one of my native languages,
Colognian, ISO code ksh, to the code base.

Following the advice
http://wiki.languagetool.org/adding-a-new-language
to the point "clone your fork", I found that there is no
such button on the github page of the fork
https://github.com/Purodha/languagetool
I am not going to clone to my local machine. I want
to do all work on github.

As to my understanding, that makes cloning superfluous.

Is it true that I really can amend files in my fork on
github and submit pull request without having to clone?

Purodha
