The bad news is that LT doesn't have different ways to mark errors, we have just the two colors for grammar errors and spelling errors. You can set more colors (one per category) but those will only work in your stand-alone client, not on the web. The syntax for rules is described at http://wiki.languagetool.org/development-overview. For some rules it might be necessary to write some Java code.
