Hello, I would like to add a new language to LanguageTool, namely Walloon language (code "wa").
While the wiki explains very well how to add it to a local code, and I have indeed made a working starting piece, I didn't saw information about where or whom to ask for inclusion of my changes into the main source tree. I've experience in particpating in collective work, as I already contributed to projects like Gnome, KDE, etc. I just need help on the administrative field: how can I register?
