I intend to add these to EN removed.txt:

The format of a line is: fullform baseform postags (tab separated).

What is the baseform for the non-existent adjective 'bugs'? I guess that it
is 'bugs', rather than 'bug'. Is my guess correct?

I'd prefer removed.txt as it's a shorter notation, but I think both ways 
are okay.
