Hi Andreas,

In iwh driver, the rate is self-adaptive. Driver will choose a proper 
rate according to environment. Please use the dtrace script in the 
attachment to observe the change of rate in driver when your 
download-rate decreases obviously, and feedback your result. Thanks.
