...and just one more tip: try the 1.2.1 version of the driver, then the 1.2.2
(http://www.palisad.com/solaris/ndis/ndis-1.2.2.tar.gz), and if it does not
work, try the 1.2.3.
1.2.1 and 1.2.3 are listed on the ndis page.
And most important: avoid the "eternal panic" effect with this other tips:
a) When compiled, don't copy bcmndis to /kernel/drv, instead, copy it to /tmp,
and then do a ln -s /tmp/bcmndis /kernel/drv
b) When compiled, don't copy ndisapi to /kernel/misc, copy it to /tmp and do a
ln -s /tmp/ndisapi /kernel/misc
If you copy the drivers to /kernel/drv and /kernel/misc, and the add_drv fails,
your system is going to reboot, and reboot, and reboot.
With this last tip, if the add_drv fails, the system reboot, and the contents
of /tmp are cleared, which allows you to enter with your normal username,
execute a rem_drv, then "svcadm clear system/boot-archive", and the system is
going to continue its boot process as usual.
