Hi,

I installed OpenSolaris on my laptop yesterday and then upgraded to
build 90 (using "pkg image-update"); I'd been running "plain" Nevada b86
for quite some time before that and hadn't seen this:

whenever I close the lid - either completely or to the point where the
screen is turned off - and re-open it, all I see is strange blocks of
colour (in stripes) (no screenshot, sorry - if someone in MPK has a
digital camera or a phone that takes pictures, be my guest).
So far, the only way to "fix" this that I've found is to kill my X session.

The graphics card is an ATI mobility FireGL 5250, but since Alan
integrated the "1.0.0 release of the radeonhd driver for ATI's R500/R600
series chipsets" in December, I've been quite happy with it.

Any suggestions ...?

TIA
Michael
