Hello, I have been trying to configure my bcm43xx (14e4,4312) for Wifi access. I have disabled encryption on my access point. I'm running build 55b (the developer express release) in 32-bit mode on a dual-core Turion based notebook.
I have been able to build the 32-bit drivers successfully, and they load OK as well. However, when I run: wificonfig -i bcmndis0 scan it fails to locate my wifi network. I was wondering if I am missing something here, or if there is some place I can look for additional information. As as aside, the same configuration works using ndiswrapper on my Ubuntu partition. But then Linux ndis != ndiswrapper, right? Thanks. -Siddharth Karnik.
