Found another thread with the following changes that were applied to Makefile;
change "yacc" to "/usr/ccs/bin/yacc" change "$(LEX)" to "/usr/sfw/bin/flex" Once that was complete I followed the instructions using ndis-0.1 and the drivers linked on the ndis page for the Broadcom wireless and it's now up and running!!!
