Quaker, Finally, it worked completely. The reason of the case was that I installed wificonfig 0.1 into Solaris nv48. After removing and re-installing SUNWwlanr package from Solaris nv48 media again, ral driver worked. Now I have a 54M wifi connecion on my laptop.
