I am trying to build the ON sources (2006-10-16) with nightly. :-) I have the official Sun Studio 11 installed as well as the required patches. :-) I installed the latest onbld tools :-( I don't have Solaris Express, but Solaris 10 6/06. Several bits fail with the following error: cc1: error: invalid option `save-args' cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-fno-dwarf2-indirect-strings" In fact, I noticed that it kind of mixes cc and gcc options in a way that I can't tell exactly what it is doing. Is gcc used in any parts of the build? Can anything be done so that it will build in my environment? -- Douglas > > http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/on/devref_toc/ This message posted from opensolaris.org
