Hi,
  I'm running
SunOS unknown 5.11 snv_33 i86pc i386 i86pc
on an IBM T43 and when I try to use gnome-cd, no audio output occurs and when
started from a terminal I can see:
CDROMCDDA: Invalid argument
CDROMCDDA: Invalid argument
...
errors scrolling down the terminal.

I saw bug 6299906 listed which says 'in progress', but that is from July 2005.

Does anyone know if there are workarounds, it is being worked on, or if there
is any beta code I can help test for someone?

In general sounds works fine on the machine (view audioplay or xmms)

Thanks,
William Hathaway

(Yes I know I can download other cd players but it seems a shame if the bundled
cd player won't work out of the box on common systems, so I'd like to help push
for this to be fixed)
