I discussed WiFi lan with a friend last night, and we touched
the subject network security, which is pretty popular those days.

I know that WEP and WPA is about encryption of the data sent
over the radio link, but what about the headers ???

The question is this:

Is the WiFi cards MAC address sent unencrypted ???

If it is, that means that setting my AP to only allow certain
MAC addresses kinda pointless.

I have tried to find information about this on the internet,
but I have failed so far.
