Hello, i am still trying to get my wireless-network-card running. First the card was not recognized at all. After installing cardbus-v0.2 the card is activated (green led is turned on after reboot). The "prtconf -v"-output is attached to this mail.
If i understand the output right the card is recognized as pccard138,2 by the kernel. Following your installation-instructions it should be instead a pccard158,2. The vendor-string (Compaq WL1000, ...) is correct. Printed on that card i found that it is a prism-card. Please let me know, if you need further information on this problem.
