Hello Folks, I am an OpenSolaris newbie, and look forward to discussing my (mis)adventures... My FIRST issue, the wireless does not work. I used Device Manager in Winderz (XPPro) and the name of the integrated wireless card is:
Broadcom 802.11a/b/g WLAN However, according to HP's website (http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11798_na/11798_na.HTML), the wireless card for this laptop model is one of two models (cannot be certain from the website, sorry): 1) IntelPRO 2100 or 2200 2) HP W400 or W500 I do not know how to get the driver, if I do not even know WHICH Wireless is in my laptop. I have narrowed it down to FIVE choices, if that helps :( End result: I don't even know where to start to fix the wireless connectivity (therefore, lack of)?
