Sorry, that doesn't make sense.  The Atheros in the MacBook Pro is not  
USB, and therefore cannot be used inside Parallels, or other  
virtualization solutions.  The host will bridge the wireless to the  
guest, which will appear as ethernet to the guest.  VMware Fusion  
supports 64-bit, but neither solution supports bridging actual PCI  
devices.
