The pcan integrated into snv_60 is based on gldv3 and mac-wifi plugin, 
so I think it doesn't work on s10u. For s10u, you can download the 
binary/pkg from opensolaris. One thing I should point out is the one on 
opensolaris does not support MPI350 card, instead, it only supports 
PCMCIA cards.

You need run 'ws' first to set build environment first before you run 
make in usr/src/uts/intel/pcan

If you want to use this driver for PCMCIA card, just use the one here:
http://opensolaris.org/os/community/laptop/wireless/pcan/
which is based on gldv2. If you want to use the driver for minipci card 
(MPI350), I suggest you run solaris nevada.
