It means ndiswrapper init function returned error.
1. Please post the driver version infomation from ndis.inf.
2. Please try the drvier for bcm4311(32bit) linked at ndis page.
3. Is there any hardware button that is used to control wireless ON/OFF 
and the current status is "OFF"?
