I'm running a Sony VAIO VGN-SZ140, Intel Core Duo T2500, 32-bit only
(unfortunately this CPU doesn't support 64 bit). I have the high
capacity battery, it'll run about 5 hours. Ethernet is Marvell Yukon
(same as the Intel Macs) which is supported by an unbundled driver
downloadable from Marvell's website. The 3945A/B/G wireless doesn't yet
have a native driver (it's being developed) so I'm using a cardbus
Atheros (Netgear WG511T I bought for $49). It only supports 1280x800
resolution but it does have a NVidia 7400 chip so with the NVidia
accelerated driver the 3D works great (as exciting as 3D can be on a 13"
screen). The chipset is ICH7, our HD audio driver doesn't have support
for the CODEC yet but I expect it will be supported soon. Within 6
months I expect that every device on the thing will be supported natively.
