Hello, I am trying to connect to connect to the Wireless network using freshly baked iwi driver (thanks, Andrey!) on Acer TravelMate 4500 and get the following message:
# wificonfig -i iwi0 connect MYSSID wificonfig: connecting to MYSSID failed, try later Scan works fine: # wificonfig -i iwi0 scan essid bssid type encryption signallevel otherSSID 00:06:25:58:10:3c access point WEP 11 MYSSID 00:90:96:af:45:05 access point WEP 13 Profile creation worked fine: # wificonfig -i iwi0 createprofile essid=MYSSID encryption=wep wepkey1=MYWEPKEY What did I do wrong?
