I`m using solaris 10 8/07 and Yes I`ve downloaded the driver from Realtek
website.        
Why is the plumb faild?
Is it something I did or It`s a problem with the driver?
Can you send me a link to some info?

It looks like you are not using the bundle rtls driver in Solaris but 
downloaded from Realtek website, right?

That's why the plumb failed. I'll build a new driver for you to try.
Are you using Solaris Nevada build?
