Note that, strictly speaking, 1-pager is not required. Its role on the big picture is twofold: - to flag other people in the company/community, "just letting y'all know I intend to do this at some point in the future" - ask SAC triage team to assign it to one of the ARCs. In this case, you could save time by approaching an PSARC sponsor directly. The fast track template is similar to 1-pager, but with lots of cruft removed, and the interface table added.
