Hi! Someone here has sucessfully run Xorg with Xinerama in a laptop to extend the desktop on external LCD monitor? I have made several attempts, but only got clone view using various screen resolutions.
What I need is to have my laptop with a resolution of 1024 x768 and external LCD monitor at 1280x1024 with JDS extended (it's correct to say using Xinerama?) I have a Thinkpad X40 laptop with Intel GMA900 (i855) graphics chipset. If anyone could help me :) Thank you very much! This message posted from opensolaris.org
