I've replaced the normal broadcom mini-pci card in my f4k with an
atheros-based CM9 card. the card works great so far (only tested with
my older 802.11b base station).

the f4k has a pair of light-up switches which control its bluetooth and
wifi. with the atheros card installed, the switch appears to control
power to the card, but the associated light is always blinking rather
than being on when the card is on and off when the card is off.

Do we know enough about how that sort of indicator is controlled to stop
the blinking, or should I dig out a roll of black electrical tape to
cover the light?
