Do you have a separate BE that was upgraded to build 133?
Try to boot build 133; when X freezes shutdown using the
system power button
Boot build 131, use "beadm mount ..." to mount the
build 133 BE, e.g. to /mnt, and check
/mnt/var/log/Xorg.0.log
/mnt/var/log/gdm/:0.log
Any fatal errors, X sever crashes or similar logged
to these files?
Another way to collect debug information would be
to boot b133 and try to ssh into the system. Check
that gdm and Xorg are running, and check the
log files (on the live system they are at
/var/log/Xorg.0.log and /var/log/gdm/:0.log)
