Hello,

Last week I released keyTouch 2.1.0 beta. KeyTouch is a program that allows you to configure the extra function keys of your keyboard. It is the first program of it that works perfectly together with Linux kernel 2.6. Version 2.1.0 beta has also support for ACPI hotkeys. I think it is a good idea to put keyTouch in Ubuntu. Please realize that this program is not only usefull for laptop users but also for owners of keyboards with extra function keys.
Giuseppe Borzi' already made an Ubuntu package for it and added it to the REVU list (http://revu.tauware.de/). He also made a package for the latest beta version.

Regards,
Marvin Raaijmakers
