I am guessing that is a broadcom wireless since it is a dell, they
usually do have issues even through ndiswrapper.

Ok, we're planning on freezing Dapper pretty soon (like tomorrow), so
now until release is purely and entirely verified bug fixes. Could
people *please* do a full test of their machine and update the tables
on the wiki? I'm especially interested in regressions from Breezy at
this point, but feel free to flag anything that seems relevant.
I don't know about clean install, I've been just apt-get updating
since about Flight 4, and I still don't have wireless on my Dell
Inspiron 9400 (the drivers are there indeed, and even modprobe'd
inside automatically, but still, the network card is down and I don't
see a way to enable it). It's definitely not a hw problem - worked
with Windows.
Also, the Bluetooth device is not initialized - I submitted a report
on that long ago.
