It looks to me like 'sleep' is now called 'suspend'. So we should change
the testing template. If no-one objects soon I'll go ahead with changing
it to 

Sleep (suspend)

...so that the scrapers can still find it

Also Canonical has stopped using the release names in favour of the
numbers, shouldn't we do the same?

Is there actually any formalised process for making changes? I think the
template needs some serious overhauls, especially to make it easier to
use for ~newbies like me.
