And reason ? dep is needed only once on fresh source tree. Durin htb developement I use "make _mod_net" which recompiles only network modules and then "insmod net/sched/sch_htb.o" to test it. For quick compile test you can make net/sched/sch_htb.o (but it will not load as module then). devik
