[LARTC] Mandrake 8.2 RPMs available

I've created RPMs for Mandrake 8.2 which add HTB3 (Mandrake comes with HTB2), IMQ, the patched iptables and the patched iproute2 which go with them, and the patch to enable PSCHED_CPU.   So on a Mandrake 8.2 box you simply do rpm -U <set of RPMs> and reboot, and you're ready to shape.   Anyone who is interested in these, please send me e-mail.   The same thing could be done with Redhat and other RPM-based distributions.
