how to create delay (specifically) using, let's say tc-htb, just like dummynet in freeBSD does. I want to be able to configure such that some machines will have specified delay time to reach my squid box. the reason is I'd like to run polymix-4 cache test, and need to specify delay time. maybe it will be useful for other purposes, too.
