[LARTC] Traffic priority by mark

Hi all,

 

Short(and hopefully simple) question,

What is the simplest way to prioritize traffic by a mark set erlier with l7-filter.

 

no bandwidthlimiting, just prio to packets with a low mark(using 1- 8)
