Don't forget that some people don't read their mails every day. Some are enjoying the weekend, others are on holidays, and some even are burried in work so that they have to suspend following discussions in mailing lists until they have more time left over.
As suggested, adjusting the setup of the scanner would be a first step that doesn't harm the "original" [EMAIL PROTECTED]
