Hi diego, The traffic control should be done on your router. Only the router know the both networks, internet and LAN. That s why, I don´t think, you will have problems with the masquereading. But how do you use emule?? Do you use nating? Have you any nating Rules for emule in your iptables? (otherwise, emule will have a low ID)
