Summary: Move new databinding chapters into a normalized place in docs tree

Documentation:
These files should be in the same places as all the other developer's
guide chapters. We need to move them before they get any history,
because subversion doesn't do well with moving things with history.
This change does not pull these chapters into the doc build.
