Cool by me.
Although I mutht thay, a few comments in the test file would make it
more generally useful.
(The big secret of my craft is that I scarf test files and tweak them
just a tad, and then bingo, instant examples for the documentation,
with hardly any work by me at all! Only, when the examples are a tad
obscure and don't have comments, it makes my work less easy.)

Summary:Revised fix for LPP-1003 that allows initstage/oninit attrs
in dataset wherever it can occur
Bugs Fixed: LPP-1003
Technical Reviewer: sallen (pending)
QA Reviewer: frisco (pending)
Doc Reviewer: jsundman (pending)
Release Notes:Datasets can now have initstage and oninit attributes.
Details:The original fix for this bug only worked for toplevel
datasets; this one extends the change to the other three places
datasets can occur (local to views, within datasource, and within
connectiondatasource). Note that there is a separate bug filed
covering the fact that the schema doesn't allow datasets local to
nodes, just views. This change doesn't resolve that bug.
Also, this change is being checked into lps-dev. I'll submit a
separate change for lps-pave so we're in sync.
Tests:
Affected files ...
... //depot/lps-dev/WEB-INF/lps/schema/lzx.rnc#18 edit
... //depot/lps-dev/test/bugs/lpp-1003.lzx#1 add
