No.  They are supporting classes that are used by the debugger.  They  
are exposed by Debug.backtrace Debug.{mark,findNewObjects,whyAlive}  
Debug.{debug,info,warn,error} Debug.{monitor,unmonitor} Debug. 
{trace,untrace} respectively.
