In lps-legals, the following regression test is failing

(from test/lfc/data/datapointerdependencies.lzx)

            mydp.setAttribute( 'rerunxpath' , true );

            mydp.setAttribute( 'xpath' , "dpdepend:/r/a[2]/y[2]/@yn" );

            assertEquals( 2, mydp.data );

            mydp.p.parentNode.insertBefore ( new LzDataElement( 'y' ,
                                            { y : "special" , yn : "special"}),
                                                            mydp.p );

            assertEquals( "special" , mydp.data );

The datatpointer's "data" slot is not updating when a new node is inserted which
replaces the old value at the xpath location.

What code is responsible for setting up an event listener, and what event is being listened for, when
rerunxpath is enabled on a datapointer?
